To enhance the accessibility of electoral information for blind and visually impaired citizens, audio files (in Italian) presenting texts and voting instructions are created for all elections and votes. The City of Lugano collaborates with Unitas - Associazione ciechi e ipovedenti della Svizzera italiana to produce these audio files.
