The most beloved readings, the typewriter from which the novel The Glass Bead Game was born, a pair of glasses, a hat and many other objects from Herman Hesse's daily life. This is what can be admired in the museum dedicated to the great Nobel Prize-winning writer who chose to live in Collina d'Oro.

The small museum, an integral part of the historic Casa Camuzzi in Montagnola, works internationally promoting meetings, presentations and exhibitions of Hermann Hesse's watercolors (between 1919 and 1938 he painted about 3,000 of them). Among other things, these works bring the visitor closer to an interesting view of the area in the 1920s and 1930s.
