MyLugano

MyLugano is the official platform of the City of Lugano designed to experience the city and support local commerce. The app uses a digital currency called LVGA and a cashback mechanism to reward those who shop in the city.

By using the app at more than 400 businesses, including stores, restaurants, museums, trainings and lidos, you accumulate LVGAs through cashback. You can also purchase LVGAs in your MyLugano app and pay with those when you are in town so you automatically receive cashback with each purchase.

The system is open to everyone, residents, visitors and tourists, and is completely free. Simply download the app and register in a few simple steps. By obtaining a verified profile you will be able to unlock new features and receive 500 LVGA (the equivalent of 5 CHF) in free gifts offered by the City. You can also access the circuit via an analog MyLugano Card, which can be obtained at Puntocittà for CHF 5.00.
