The City of Lugano offers the option to conveniently manage and pay your invoices online through the eBill invoicing system, directly from your e-banking account.

With eBill, every electronic invoice sent by the City of Lugano can be viewed directly in your e-banking account, where it can be verified and paid in just a few simple steps. The eBill service also allows you to keep a record of your payments and maintain full control in the secure environment of your e-banking.

Which invoices from the City of Lugano can be paid with eBill?

Almost all invoices issued by the City, including school meal fees, after-school care, extended hours, building permits, and licenses issued by the Municipal Police. However, it is not possible to pay invoices for the School Dental Service (Servizio dentario scolastico) with eBill.

Can municipal taxes be paid with eBill?

With eBill you can also pay municipal taxes; however, you must proceed with a separate registration.

Which financial institutions use eBill?

Currently eBill is offered by more than 90 financial institutions.

How does registration take place?

Registration is guided, simple, and fast. Upon receiving a paper invoice, simply log into your e-banking account, access the eBill section, search for "Città di Lugano fatture" and register. You need to fill in the required fields (marked with an asterisk) under "User Data" and enter the "Registration Data," which includes the "Customer Number" and "Invoice Number" found on the paper invoice received by mail. After the system confirms the data, the registration will be activated, and future invoices will automatically appear on the home page of your e-banking account.
