Municipal Ports

The port of the City of Lugano, located at the Foce of the Cassarate River, is a modern and functional facility equipped with floating external walkways that follow the lake's flow and can accommodate up to 76 boats.

The city also has an additional 500 berths distributed along the shores of Lake Ceresio, up to Barbengo.

The management of municipal ports, piers, and docks, including berth allocation, is defined by a municipal regulation that applies to the following mooring sites:

• Municipal port at the Foce: 64 berths
• Floating piers at the Foce: 58 berths
• Lanchetta pier: 96 berths
• Belvedere pier: 132 berths
• Ponte del Diavolo dock: 10 berths
• Cortivo dock: 10 berths
• Riva Granda at Gandria: 12 berths
• Buoy field at Gandria: 9 berths
• Riva at Figino: 12 berths
• Torazza pier at Barbengo: 90 berths
• Roncone pier at Barbengo: 65 berths
