Lost and found

If you find something on the street, you can return the item to the nearest Police station. The City of Lugano Police handles lost items through the national online platform Easyfind.ch.

To return found objects to the City Police, one should contact the Sezione Ammistrativa (t. +41 58 866 80 35, [email protected]) and then report the find through Easyfind.ch.

In case of loss, it is advisable to make the report on Easyfind.ch after 48 hours; in fact, the lost item is often not delivered until one or two days after it is found. The Lugano Police will automatically receive the loss notification made through Easyfind.
