The Casa Serena building, inaugurated in 1976, was expanded in 2001 with the addition of a ground-floor bar pavilion featuring a walkable roof.
The expansion of the dining hall is the result of adding a floor to the existing bar pavilion. The additional usable space for the canteen, located on the first floor of Block D, spans 126 m² and replaces the unused terrace. Thanks to its size, it now also serves as a multipurpose room.
The architecture is characterized by a structure of external pillars and beams, aligning with the aesthetic of Casa Serena’s facade. The dining hall, facing the park, is fully glazed and illuminated by natural light.
