SVIT

The Swiss Real Estate Activity Association (SVIT) is a non-profit economic association, which protects the interests of real estate activities in all the different regions of Switzerland; it represents professionals, who provide real estate services especially in the sectors of real estate management, sales, consulting, development and assessment.

The political and economic representation of the category’s interests, providing services to its members, vocational training and specialization are some of SVIT’s main tasks. The association has an arbitration court and takes an active part in real estate professional organizations.
SVIT Switzerland was founded in 1933 and today has more than 2000 member companies in the whole country. Its 2000 collaborators commit themselves to the respect of high quality standards and professional ethical principles. SVIT members therefore represent the number one resource in terms of real estate know-how.
