Companies looking for interns or employees can rely on LuganoNetWork, a free service of the City, which offers referenced applications that are in line with required staffing needs and acts in a timely manner.

LuganoNetWork is responsible for:

• meeting with company managers to assess their staffing needs
• managing a constantly updated database of candidates
• selecting candidates, based on criteria defined by the company, through an in-depth pre-selection process to arrive at the identification of one or more suitable profiles for job or internship vacancies

Candidate searches for vacancies in companies that collaborate with LuganoNetWork can be handled:

• confidentially, i.e. maintaining complete confidentiality with the pre-selected candidates on the name of the company that is looking for personnel
• in strict confidentiality, i.e. by communicating only to pre-selected candidates the name of the company that is looking for personnel
• by publishing the announcement of the open position in the weekly LuganoNetWork newsletter
