Wednesday, 26 February 2025, Re Sbroja will visit the retirement homes in Lugano, bringing a small gift to all residents.

Thursday, 27 February 2025, as a tribute to all subscribers of the Corriere del Ticino in the Lugano area, the traditional satirical magazine Ul Sbroja will be distributed, an essential companion to the Carnival. In the afternoon, at 2:00 p.m. in Piazza della Riforma, the City Council will hand over the keys of the city to Re Sbroja, a moment that officially marks the start of the celebrations. Following this, starting at 2:15 p.m., young and old alike can enjoy the colorful masked parade by the city’s schoolchildren, always an exciting spectacle that brings vibrancy to the city center.

Friday, 28 February 2025, Re Sbroja will continue his visits, with a small gift for all residents.
